A great summer appetizer!
Take advantage of the very few months that tomatoes actually have flavor and taste good. Select a range of colorful heirloom tomatoes at your local farm stand along with fresh basil. Combine together with fresh chopped mozarella and top with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and white balsamic vinegar for a perfect summer starter! Pair with a rose from Provence for a delightful first course.
